syouwapink studio（以下、「当スタジオ」といいます）は、提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーの情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. アプリごとの取得情報および利用目的
当スタジオが配信する各アプリでは、機能の提供に必要最小限の情報を取得・利用します。
① みんなのガイド
- 位置情報（GPSデータ）: 近くの観光スポットを判定し、自動で音声ガイドを再生するために使用します。アプリ利用中、および「ガイド開始」を有効にしている間は、バックグラウンド（アプリを表示していない状態）でも位置情報を取得します。
- 利用目的: 周辺の観光スポット検索、スポット接近時の音声ガイド自動再生、および訪問履歴の端末内表示のため。利用者は端末設定やアプリ内操作でいつでも停止できます。
- アプリ内課金: 本アプリはアプリ内課金を提供します。決済はApp Store／Google Playによって処理され、当スタジオがクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。
② みんなのキャラクター / MapPainterGame
- メールアドレス: ユーザー認証、アカウント管理、およびパスワード再設定のために使用します。
- ニックネーム（表示名）: アプリ内でのユーザー識別、ランキング表示、およびキャラクター設計図（絵師システム）のクレジット表示に使用します。
- 位置情報（GPSデータ）: 主要機能である「移動距離の計算」「キャラクターの発掘」「周辺サーチ機能」を提供するために取得します。取得した位置情報はサーバーに送信され、移動の妥当性検証およびゲーム内データへの反映に使用されます。
- デバイス識別子（FCMトークン）: プッシュ通知の配信のために使用します。
③ みんなのパチスロットカウンター
- 個人情報の非収集: 本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・端末識別子などの個人情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録は不要です。
- 端末内データ・写真へのアクセス: カウント記録、カスタム設定、および機種アイコンとしてユーザーが選択した画像は、利用者の端末内のみに保存され、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。
- アプリ内課金: 本アプリは、有料機能のためのアプリ内課金（月額サブスクリプション）を提供します。決済はApp Store／Google Playによって処理され、当スタジオがクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。購入・加入状況の確認に必要な範囲で、App Store／Google Playのサーバーと通信します。
④ みんなのミサイル防衛
- 個人情報の非収集: 本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・端末識別子などの個人情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録は不要です。
- 端末内データ: ベストスコアやゲームの設定は、利用者の端末内のみに保存され、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。
- アプリ内課金: 本アプリはアプリ内課金を提供します。決済はApp Store／Google Playによって処理され、当スタジオがクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。購入・加入状況の確認に必要な範囲で、App Store／Google Playのサーバーと通信します。
⑤ みんなののしのしラッシュ
- 個人情報の非収集: 本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・端末識別子などの個人情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録は不要です。
- 端末内データ: ステージの進行状況（クリア・解放状況）、ベストスコア、およびゲームの設定は、利用者の端末内のみに保存され、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。
- アプリ内課金: 本アプリは、追加ステージ等の有料コンテンツのためのアプリ内課金を提供する場合があります。決済はApp Store／Google Playによって処理され、当スタジオがクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。購入状況の確認に必要な範囲で、App Store／Google Playのサーバーと通信します。
2. アカウントおよびデータの削除
データ保持を伴うアプリ（みんなのキャラクター等）において、ユーザーはアプリ内の設定画面からいつでもアカウントおよび関連データを物理的に削除（退会）できます。一度削除されたデータ（メールアドレス、プロフィール、位置情報履歴、所有ゲームアセット等）は復元できません。
3. サードパーティサービスへの送信・提供
本アプリでは、機能提供、広告、およびアクセス解析のために以下の外部サービスを利用することがあります。法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。

※「みんなののしのしラッシュ」「みんなのミサイル防衛」「みんなのパチスロットカウンター」は、上記のサードパーティサービスへ情報を送信しません（アプリ内課金の決済処理を除く）。
※将来的には、サービス維持を目的にGoogle AdMob等の広告配信プラットフォームを利用する可能性があります。その際は本ポリシーを更新します。
4. データのセキュリティ
当スタジオは、収集した情報の損失、誤用、不正アクセス、開示を防ぐために、信頼性の高いプラットフォームを通じて適切なセキュリティ対策を講じています。
5. お子様のプライバシー
当スタジオは、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を取得・保存することはありません。
6. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更があった場合は、本ページ上で改訂版を掲示します。

1. Information Collection and Use by App
Our Apps collect and use the minimum amount of information required to provide their respective features.
① Minna no Guide (みんなのガイド)
- Location Data (GPS): Collected to detect nearby tourist spots and automatically play audio guides. Location data is collected in the background (even when the App is not on screen) while the "Start Guide" feature is enabled.
- Purpose: Searching nearby spots, automatic narration playback, and displaying visit history on the device. Users can revoke this permission at any time via device settings or in-app controls.
- In-App Purchases: This App offers in-app purchases. Payments are processed by the App Store / Google Play; we do not collect or store any payment information such as credit card numbers.
② MapPainterGame / Minna no Character (みんなのキャラクター)
- Email Address: Used for user authentication, account management, and password resets.
- Nickname (Display Name): Used for in-game identification, leaderboards, and creator credits.
- Location Data (GPS): Precise coordinates are collected to enable movement-based gameplay features (e.g., calculating travel distances, character excavation). This data is transmitted to our servers to verify movement and update in-game data.
- Device Identifiers (FCM Tokens): Used to deliver push notifications.
③ Minna no Slot Counter (みんなのパチスロットカウンター)
- No Information Collected: This App does not collect any personal information, such as names, email addresses, location, or device identifiers. No account registration is required.
- Local Storage & Photo Access: Count history, custom settings, and selected images for icons are saved exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to external servers.
- In-App Purchases: This App offers in-app purchases (a monthly subscription) to unlock premium features. Payments are processed by the App Store / Google Play; we do not collect or store any payment information such as credit card numbers. The App communicates with App Store / Google Play servers only as needed to verify purchase and subscription status.
④ Minna no Missile Defense (みんなのミサイル防衛)
- No Information Collected: This App does not collect any personal information, such as names, email addresses, location, or device identifiers. No account registration is required.
- Local Storage: Your best score and game settings are saved exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to external servers.
- In-App Purchases: This App offers in-app purchases. Payments are processed by the App Store / Google Play; we do not collect or store any payment information such as credit card numbers. The App communicates with App Store / Google Play servers only as needed to verify purchase and subscription status.
⑤ Minna no Noshinoshi Rush (みんなののしのしラッシュ)
- No Information Collected: This App does not collect any personal information, such as names, email addresses, location, or device identifiers. No account registration is required.
- Local Storage: Your stage progress (cleared and unlocked stages), best scores, and game settings are saved exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to external servers.
- In-App Purchases: This App may offer in-app purchases for paid content such as additional stages. Payments are processed by the App Store / Google Play; we do not collect or store any payment information such as credit card numbers. The App communicates with App Store / Google Play servers only as needed to verify purchase status.
2. Account and Data Deletion
For Apps that retain data on servers (e.g., MapPainterGame), users can permanently delete their accounts and all associated data at any time via the in-app settings. Once deleted, data (including profiles, email addresses, history, and game assets) cannot be recovered.
3. Third-Party Services and Sharing
We use third-party services to provide app features, analytics, and notifications. We do not sell or provide personal information to third parties for marketing purposes unless required by law.

*Minna no Noshinoshi Rush, Minna no Missile Defense, and Minna no Slot Counter do not transmit any information to the third-party services above (except for in-app purchase processing).

4. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures through trusted cloud platforms to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure of collected information.
5. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13.
